Three tracks
Durations flex from one to six months by track and college requirements. Batches are kept small deliberately – interns here work and learn, not stand in queues to observe.
Nursing track
Supervised exposure to home-care visits, home-ICU routines, wound care, charting and family communication; strictly within what your registration stage permits.
Physiotherapy track
Observation and supervised assistance on home rehab caseloads: stroke, post-operative and geriatric cases, with case-planning mentorship.
Healthcare management track
For BBA/MBA/hospital-management students: operations, care coordination, staffing logistics, supply chain and unit economics of home healthcare; project work with real data.
